Outer space, the space between celestial bodies, is not void, but dark matter. What keeps the planets and stars from banging into each other. I watch this video, thinking of the space between bodies, what connects one body to the next. The darkness fixes each lit sphere into constellated space. To imagine it as emptiness is, perhaps, a failure to imagine it as otherwise.
