TALES OF AN ORANGEPEELER

an archive of pleasures, wounds, sublimations
& other curiosities :: profile

10.28.04, thursday afternoon

Last night in the parking lot of the country's biggest Long's Drugs, we watched the lunar eclipse. Leaning on the front of an ambulance, a paramedic watched as well, hands folded across his chest. No one spoke a word.

Another lovely memory: driving through the empty streets of the Port at night, lit cranes lifting container after container from the parked barges while Dipti translated Bollywood songs. Every one was about love.
